These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the a2mData mobile application and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Our Services

a2mData provides a comprehensive digital financial platform offering the following services:

Airtime Top-up

Purchase airtime for all Nigerian networks

Data Purchase

Buy data bundles for MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile

Bill Payments

Pay for electricity bills and exam tokens

In-App Transfers

Transfer funds between a4mData users

Scheduled Payments

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the a2mData application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including:

• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Full name
• Transaction PIN (for security)

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and transaction PIN. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Verification

We may require additional verification documents to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud.

3. Financial Services Terms

3.1 Airtime and Data Services

We facilitate the purchase of airtime and data bundles for Nigerian telecommunications networks (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile). All transactions are processed through licensed third-party providers.

• Transactions are processed in real-time when possible
• Failed transactions will be refunded within 24-48 hours
• Network service availability is subject to provider limitations
• We are not responsible for network outages or service disruptions

3.2 Bill Payments

Our bill payment services include electricity bills and examination tokens. Payment processing times may vary depending on the service provider.

3.3 In-App Transfers

You can transfer funds between a2mData users using our internal transfer system. All transfers require a valid transaction PIN and are subject to daily limits.

3.4 Scheduled Payments

You may schedule recurring payments for airtime, data, or bills. Scheduled payments will be processed automatically on the specified dates, provided sufficient funds are available.

4. Transaction Limits and Fees

4.1 Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may apply based on your account level and verification status. Limits are designed to protect both you and our platform from fraud.

4.2 Service Fees

Service fees may apply to certain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Exchange rates, if applicable, will be provided at the time of transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of a2mData, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the service for fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Report any suspicious activities immediately

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Reverse engineering or hacking our systems
• Using the service for illegal gambling
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our data collection, processing, and storage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We may collect and process personal data including transaction history, device information, and usage patterns to provide and improve our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a2mData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

• Network outages or service disruptions
• Third-party provider failures
• Losses due to user error or negligence
• Regulatory changes affecting service availability

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Account statuses include:

• Active: Full access to all services
• Restricted: Limited access pending verification
• Banned: Account permanently suspended

10. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards for referring new users to a2mData. Referral rewards are subject to terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Current referral reward: ₦10 per successful referral.

11. Rewards and Medal System

We offer a medal system based on your transaction volume:

• Bronze Medal: ₦5,000+ in transactions
• Silver Medal: ₦30,000+ in transactions
• Gold Medal: ₦100,000+ in transactions

Medal thresholds and rewards may be updated periodically.

We will investigate all complaints promptly and work to resolve them fairly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
